Sara Campbell, a dietetic intern in the Northern Ontario Dietetic Internship program at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine, compared the nutritional information of different types of peanut butter with Beatrice Lambert and Vicky Wishart during a “Grocery Store Tour” at Safeway yesterday afternoon. Campbell, who is doing a placement at the Gizhewaadiziwin Health Access Centre here, co-organized the tour to help people understand the ingredient lists and nutrition facts found on food so they can make healthier choices.
