Fort Frances OPP Cst. Anne McCoy demonstrated how her handcuffs work to a group of children from the Fort Frances Nursery School this morning. The group of children, and several of their parents, toured both the police detachment and fire hall—getting a closer look at the equipment, cars, trucks, and even jail cells used by the police officers and firefighters in their town.
