Emma Rae Pattison took a peek Saturday afternoon as Stacy Kreger of the Hair and Body Care Shoppe in Emo snipped off her locks of hair that will be donated to support someone on their cancer journey. The hair-cutting was part of the salon’s annual “Cuts for Cancer” fundraiser that donates proceeds made from hair cuts to the Tamarack House in Thunder Bay. Kreger said they raised close to $3,000 this year. During the fundraiser’s 20 years of existence, it has raised well over $50,000 to support cancer patients and their families.
