Singer-songwriter Nylin White performed some of his music at the Townshend Theatre yestesrday morning for local students as part of the Aboriginal Music Tour. Nylan, who is from Whitefish Bay First Nation, performed alon with fellow aboriginal musical artists Shy-Anne Hovorka, Missy Knott, and Chris Sutherland (a.k.a. Shihbastik) as part as the tour which aims to bring a motivational message to students, as well as promote the Day of Fasting/Celebration of giving coming up on Oct. 10.
