The Muskies football team held its season opener on Friday, to a roaring crowd of sup- port. It was a close match-up, but the Dryden Eagles bested the Muskies with one touchdown and point after in the second half, for a 7-0 score. The team hits the road now, for two Manitoba games, before returning Thursday, September 29 for homecoming. The team will be out selling their discount cards door to door over the next few weeks. They cost $20 each, so please have some cash ready for when the Muskies come knocking!
