Madi DeGagne, left, accepted a tray of “Go Local” birthday cupcakes from Natasha Gaudio, economic development co-ordinator with the Rainy River Future Development Corp., on Monday at the Times’ office. With the “Go Local” program turning five years old, Gaudio was handing out cupcakes at district businesses Monday and today to mark the special occasion. Two special cupcakes even earned two lucky individuals a surprise: 100 “Go Local” points.
