The Emo Centennial Choir presented “Glory on a Christmas Morn!” at the Christian Reformed Church in Emo on Friday evening, featuring a collection of nine Christmas songs, as well as performances by the trio, “Grace Tree,” and a solo by Brianna Eldridge. The concert also incorporated Scripture readings to help tell the Christmas story. Directed by Renée Martin-Brown, with accompanist Yvonne Friesen, the performance took in a free-will offering to donate to the chemo unit at Riverside Health Care Facilities, Inc., the Emo & District Lions Club, and the Emo food bank.
