Leading Seaman Larissa McKelvie, of the Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps Fort Frances, offered up gift-wrapping along with fellow Leading Seaman Chelsea Barron during The Bargain Shop’s “Moonlight Madness” event last night. The pair are fundraising to travel overseas next spring—Barron to Belgium and France and McKelvie to Ireland—to learn about Canada’s role in WWI and WWII.
