Workers from the playground equipment supplier are on hand this morning installing the new playground equipment at the Legion park. The new set up will maintain the nautical theme of the already operational spray park.
There is still a spiral slide and much more equipment to be installed. The surface around the new jungle gym will also be covered in wood chips rather than sand to make the play structure more accessible. The playground should be open for use within the next few weeks.
