Troy Calder of the Fort Frances Power Corp. installed a snowflake light for the Business Improvement Association yesterday on the 200 block of Scott Street. The FFPC volunteered to get the decorations up in time for the 49th-annual “Parade of Lights” this Saturday. The parade starts at 6 p.m.
