After the whole Northern Ontario region lost a challenge, Walmart Manager Paolo Santos and Front-End Operations Manager Dan Leavens were doused with ice water, along with colleagues from across the region. All of Walmart Canada participated in the challenge and while the Northern Ontario region as a whole wasn’t up to snuff, Santos said the Fort Frances store exceeded the set goal. Santos said events like this help with associate morale and lighten the mood around the store for employees.
