Extensive scaffolding has been erected around the local CIBC as a construction crew prepares to start restoring the building’s crumbling exterior. Depending on the weather, work will continue until mid-November and then resume in the spring. The scaffolding, some of which was first put up this past April as a safeguard against falling debris, will taken down during the winter months.
