La Verendrye General Hospital Auxiliary was pleased to donate $72,629 for a new cleaner-disinfector for the sterile processing department at La Verendrye Hospital. Pictured here with the new equipment on Friday were auxiliary members Shirley Scofield, Dixie Badiuk and president Judy Webster with MDR technicians Kristine Gustafson and Allison Eide. The new unit meets and exceeds the standards for hospitals in Ontario. A replacement was needed as the old machine had reached its end of life.
