Becky Holden, left, and Vivian Callaghan, members of the Community Garden Team here, worked on preparations for the project yesterday along Lillie Avenue between Fifth Street and Sixth Street West. The garden is nearly ready for planting and a formal opening will be held June 9. While most of the plots already are rented, if you are interested in being involved in the community garden, call Holden at 274-9827.
