Justin Taylor, a volunteer for the Fort Frances Community Garden, helped to get its raised beds ready for the new growing season. Each one was filled with a few buckets of gravel before being topped up with fresh soil. The garden, located on Lillie Avenue North between Fifth and Sixth Street West has grown from eight raised beds after it was established in 2011 to 34 this year–and is continuing to expand.
