St. Francis student Mackenzie Wright got a chance to be mayor temporarily this morning at the Civic Centre as Solange Busch’s Grade 4/5 French Immersion class took a tour of town facilities in conjunction with Local Government Week (Oct. 19-25). She and some fellow students, acting as councillors and town management, debated the good and bad points of building a shopping mall in Fort Frances. The class also stopped visited the museum and library to learn more about what local government provides.
