Shirley Teeple and Melinda Romyn sat down with their meals at the Rainy River Valley Agricultural Society’s “Country Fair Harvest Dinner” on Saturday evening at the Emo Arena. The dinner kicked off the fundraising effort in support of the planned renovation of the exhibition hall and reconstruction of the food venue buildings at the Emo fairgrounds.
