Fort Frances mayor June Caul, left, Alberton reeve Mike Ford and Kenora-Rainy River MPP Greg Rickford pose for a photo after Rickford’s funding announcement at the Fort Frances Tourism Centre on Friday. Both Fort Frances and Alberton will be receiving funding through the Investing in Canada Infrastructure program for crucial reconstruction and repair work. Fort Frances will receive $1,425,185 for reconstruction of Colonization Road West, while Alberton will receive $440,400 for the replacement of Kehl Bridge.
