Zach Brintz, a 15-year-old competitive runner and high school student from Lino Lakes, Mn., breathed in some of the chilly air during the annual “Freeze Yer Gizzard Blizzard Run” on Saturday morning in International Falls. Chisholm, Mn. native Mike Benchina finished with a time of 37:03 for his fourth-consecutive win in the 10-km run, which is held in conjunction with Icebox Days.
