The Downtown Business Improvement Association erected five of six painted panels on the windows of the old Rainy Lake Hotel yesterday. The panels were hand-painted by museum summer students Jessica Bekesi, Jillian Berry and Joelle Barron. The sixth panel will be put up soon.
