The Fort Frances Power Corp., along with several volunteers with The Shops on Scott (BIA), helped put up flower baskets for the summer yesterday on the 100, 200, and 300 blocks of Scott Street. The Shops on Scott paid for the flowers, which they got from Hammond’s Nursery.
