Chief Building officer John Burrows (left) and Mayor Andrew Hallikas hold the Ukrainian flag with a group of Fort Frances residents of Ukrainian heritage. In his proclamation Hallikas said the flag is a “…symbol of our commitment to standing with Ukraine and its people during this difficult time.”
The flag will fly until such time as solidarity with Ukraine is no longer deemed necessary.
