Emily Hyatt, left, Mayor June Caul and Jean Richards celebrated the official opening of the Fine Line Art Gallery’s new location at 326 Scott St. on Friday afternoon. The new gallery space is the group’s third since it opened in the fall of 1995, and Richards said while the new building’s work area is a bit smaller than their last location, the rest of the building is perfect.
