Dave Petsnick and his wife, Angela, enjoyed an entrée of Greek chicken—a breast of chicken filled with feta cheese and spinach over a bed of sun-dried tomatoes and black olive coulis—and potatoes, zucchinni, and carrots last night during the local Alzheimer Society’s “Chef’s Charitable Dinner and Auction” at the Adventure Inn. About 75 people enjoyed a gourmet meal prepared by chefs from Fort Frances, Emo and Kenora. Organizers are still tallying the evening’s fundraising total. —Duane Hicks photo
