Cassandra Armstrong performed an Anne of Green Gables monologue at the festival of the Performing Arts on Tuesday. The Festival was a return to the in-person format. The public is welcome to attend the annual highlights concert, which will be held tonight, Thursday, April 28 starting at 6:30 p.m. A $5 donation will be collected at the door. Children may attend for free.
