Eunice Johnson and Ashley Allan sat down to enjoy the pancake breakfast prepared by the culinary students at Seven Generations Education Institute this morning at the Nanicost Building as part of activities to mark Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Awareness Day. Different local agencies, including the Gizhewaadiziwin Health Access Centre, United Native Friendship Centre, and Seven Generations were on hand with displays and information on the effects of alcohol consumption during pregnancy.
