Victoria Brandli, six, got a butterfly painted on her face by performer “Emily” on Tuesday afternoon prior to the Shrine Circus at the Memorial Sports Centre. The annual event, which once again featured two shows, had activities for children including pony rides and bouncy slides, as well as treats and toys for purchase.
