Nicole LePine tried to look eye-to-eye with the taxidermied moose at the local tourist information centre on Friday. Visitors to the centre can borrow a “selfie” stick to snap a picture with the moose, as well as check out the two taxidermied owls on display there. The centre, which now has opened for the season, provides informational brochures for tourists, and also offers free wi-fi access, complimentary bottled water, and public washrooms.
