Rev. Barb Miller of Knox United Church here spoke at yesterday’s opening of the “We Were Taught Differently: The Indian Residential School Experience” exhibit at the Fort Frances Museum which is on loan from the Lake of the Woods Museum in Kenora. About two dozen district residents, First Nations, and tourists gathered for speeches, a drum ceremony, and to view the exhibit, which will be on display until the end of August.
