Destiny Morrisseau, a Grade 5 student at Robert Moore School, told mayor and council that she’d love to see a water park built in Fort Frances during last night’s council meeting. Morrisseau and Jenna Mose, a fellow Grade 5 student at Robert Moore who also wants to see a water park built here, were the two winners of the town’s annual Local Government Week essay contest.
