Gary Smith, left, of Energy Fundamentals Group (EFG) LP, Scott Pepper of the National Energy Board, Cris Kemp of EFG, and Fort Frances Fire Chief Frank Sheppard discussed strategy during a mock emergency this morning on Fourth Street West from the CN station to York Avenue. The scenario involved a gas leak in the EFG pipeline on the north side of the street. The exercise was conducted by EFG, Union Gas and emergency services as if it was a real incident although there wasn’t any danger to the public.
