Rainy River First Nations Chief Jim Leonard, foreground, was tested by Hugh Dennis on Friday as the community gathered to mark the implementation of a new drug-testing policy for band employees and those in the community who are in “safety sensitive” positions. Chief Leonard volunteered to be the first to take the saliva test.
