Carter Daniw, left, with a little help from mom, Karla, got a treat from Nancy Daley of the Canadian Mental Health Association (Fort Frances branch) during the inaugural “Trunk or Treat” event Friday afternoon in the parking lot of the Fort Frances Public Library Technology Centre. The very popular event was organized by the local Community Policing Committee, along with its community partners, as part of “Project Safe Hallowe’en.”
