The Fire Brigade Flames, made of members of the Fort Frances Fire and Rescue Service and their friends, paddled along the upper Rainy River yesterday evening in preparation for Monday’s second-annual Boundary Waters Dragon Boat Festival. Opening ceremonies will be held at 10 a.m. at the Sorting Gap Marina, with the actual competion running from 10:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
