Dragon Boat #1, crewed by the Fort Frances Dental Centre’s team, “Dragon’s Breath,” paddled in sync to pull ahead and beat “Gillons’ Slayers” from Gillons’ Insurance during the first race of the second-annual Boundary Waters Dragon Boat Festival here on Canada Day. “Dragon’s Breath” went on to take first place overall, beating the 12 other teams that participated this year.
