Cheryl Behan, left, and Debbie Ballard proudly showed off the November/December 2019 issue of Rug Hooking which sports a photograph of one of Behan’s impressive rug hooking pieces. Ballard wrote a feature on Behan for the magazine, focusing on Behan’s creative use of colour in her work. The article also features a half-dozen photographs of her colourful rug hooking pieces.
