Janet Minor, treasurer of the Law Society of Upper Canada, took a closer look at some of the old photos displayed in the law library at the Fort Frances Courthouse while on a tour there Monday. She met with Couchiching Chief Brian Perrault Treaty #3 Grand Chief Warren White in the afternoon, followed by the courthouse tour and a dinner with members of the Rainy River District Law Association. Minor’s visit was aimed at understanding issues within the justice system particular to the local area.
