Issy Taylor looked to clear the puck away from a St. Thomas Aquinas Saints opponent during the second period of the Muskie girls’ hockey team’s 2-1 loss in Game 2 of their best-of-three NorWOSSA semi-final Thursday night at the Ice For Kids Arena. But the black-and-gold rebounded in a big way with a 6-4 win in the third-and-deciding game Sunday afternoon in Kenora to win the series 2-1 and advance to face the top-ranked Dryden Eagles in the best-of-three NorWOSSA final. The opener was slated for last night in Dryden, with the outcome not known as of press time.
