Dianne Taggart, right, Joan Gustafson, and Shirley Nault were busy manning the cookie table at the La Verendrye Hospital Auxiliary’s annual fall tea Saturday at the New Beginnings Fellowship. In addition to featuring tea, coffee, sandwiches, dainties, a bake table, and a penny table, auxiliary president Irene Laing also presented their pledge of nearly $32,000 to the Riverside Foundation for Health Care, with $30,000 going towards a whirlpool tub for the second floor inpatient unit and $1,800 for a companion chair for the nursery and palliative care areas of the hospital.
