Congratulations!

Students, teachers, parents, and families made the most of a less-than-ideal situation with high school graduation ceremonies across the District. While COVID restrictions preventing more traditional ceremonies were still in place, Fort Frances High School (top, bottom right) adapted by breaking the graduating class into four sections and allowing families to park on the football field to watch their graduate cross the stage. Meanwhile in Rainy River (bottom left), a smaller class meant all the graduates were able to celebrate together on the school grounds, with families seated a safe distance away. –Ken Kellar, Jack Elliott photos
