Chip Leer (Team #85) of Walker, Mn had a little surprise for these youngsters who swarmed his boat during the annual Fort Frances Canadian Bass Championship parade yesterday. In addition to hats and Freezies, Leer and his entourage, including hula dancers April Matheson, foreground, Allison Williams, and Katie McCarthy, sprayed the crowd with liquid string.
