Melissa Carpenter knitted a cap to raise funds for the Border Roller Derby League yesterday evening at the Fort Frances Public Library Technology Centre. The Fireside Yarn Club has resumed meeting for the fall/winter every Wednesday at 7 p.m. People who want to knit together—and learn from one another—are welcome to attend (please bring your own supplies).
