The Caf Co. manager Heather Calder, left, CICE students Andrew Yerxa, Carrie Jolicoeur and Jacob Vandermeer, and NCDS executive director Nicke Paddock showed off the smoothies the students made as part of a collaboration between the two groups. The CICE students learned about food preparation and safety from the staff at The Caf Co., as well as the customer service side of the food industry.
