FFHS teacher Sarah Arpin held up a tray of chopped veggies during the OSSTF Status of Women’s meal prep workshop last Wednesday. Members of the local OSSTF, CUPE and ETFO unions were invited to take part in the workshop that focused on creating quick and healthy meals for busy professional women.
