RCMP Cpl. Heather Dickinson spoke to about 130 people yesterday during the Drug Endangered Children (DEC) conference at the Adventure Inn here. Sponsored and organized by the Rainy River District Substance Abuse Prevention Team, the conference features a half-dozen presenters focusing on creating a child-centered response to helping kids endangered by drugs. The two-day conference wraps up today.
