A group of curious deer decided to check out all the action happening on Eric Crescent. Contractors have been busy finishing up the infrastructure, with new curbs being set this week. The Town recently sold its first lot in the new subdivision. With 27 more to sell, the Town is hoping to recoup up to $1.4 million from lot sales. Prices recently dropped for the new lots, and new owners have five years to build a home, with a possible two year extension.
