Jill Calder slipped in behind the International Falls Broncos’ defence and had a glorious scoring chance on Broncos’ goalie Macey Marcotte during the first period of the Muskie girls’ hockey team’s 7-0 rout in the finale of their annual two-game “Border Battle” exhibition series on Monday night at the Ice For Kids Arena. The Muskie captain wound up scoring twice to lift the Muskies to a sweep of their border rivals.
