Penny Shumaker served up some of the Fort Frances Public Library Technology Centre’s “Rescue Me Chile” to John Pohanka yesterday at the “Great Canadian Chili Cook-Off and Cake Roulette.” The library staff’s chili won the “Best Chili Award.”
