Jordan Manty, a bagpiper with the Fort Frances Highlanders, piped out a tune during the group’s concert at the Townshend Theatre here Saturday night. As a way to promote their newly-released CD “Crossing Borders,” the Highlanders also performed with other local talents, including “Haphazard,” who played some classic rock favourites.
