Scooby-Doo (a.k.a. Dakota Cooper) was all smiles at the Fort Frances Public Library yesterday morning during one of the Hallowe’een-themed programs. The youngsters—dressed up in everything from ladybugs to witches to pandas—dropped in to hear some spooky songs and stories, and eat some Hallowe’en treats.
